We are looking for a Recruiter, an expert that is going to join the Hivecell team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting full recruitment process from gathering requirements to candidates first working day;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders of the recruiting process;
  • Participation in the decision-making process about hiring new employees;
  • Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices.

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Result-oriented and responsible attitude towards work;
  • Strong networking skills, knowledge of how to build a great pool of connections;
  • A self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities;
  • Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, positive and result-oriented attitude.

As a plus:

  • Previous experience in product companies or startups;
